In this Adelphi required the consultany services of IDSPL to provide an overview of the Indian housing market and to compare EE housing standards (e.g. GRIHA, LEED, IGBC) to the standards in the Fraunhofer/TERI IT toolkit. IDSPL investigated the Indian housing market context over the past five years. , compaed different green/EE building certificates,analysed different target groups etc. Report was submitted to Adelphi.
